In 2006, Hans Moor Architects was commissioned to develop an office building for the market, with an area of 2400 m2. As with the office building, the community of emptiness has also been designed based on the themes of flexibility, specific spatial differences, and economic preconditions, such as a favorable gross-net ratio etc.). The design attempts to develop construction and installation technology about each other. The stability of the building results from the chosen steel structure at the facade. The interior space, therefore, remains flexible to arrange; stairs and lifts can be created anywhere in the building. The installation space, which usually runs under the floors, has now been partly halved. This intervention produces locally extra high areas. Some pipes run parallel to the construction, along the facade, similar to the structure. The warm air exhaust pipe is concentrated in the rooms where the ceiling is present.
