Due to requirements in the area's zoning, a maximum of 100 m2 of construction per home, it was decided to build a swimming pool. For this purpose, the design has been slightly raised from ground level, and a cellar has also been created below the ground floor. The basement has a swimming pool, a sauna, and a large bedroom with a bathroom. The swimming pool is connected to an outdoor terrace. The villa blends into the landscape.
